On Christmas day, I decided to follow a small group of people to Bukit Tinggi for a photo walk since I hadn't been there before and didn't mind the cold and fresh air at the highlands. I did my homework and weather forecast mentioned that there would be drizzles in the morning and heavy rain later in the afternoon. I was prepared not to bring out my camera if the weather ever turns bad or there is simply too much overcast.
Breakfast was at Yut Kee, which I had chicken rice and half boiled eggs. The rice was really good but can't say the same for its chicken; too soft and mushy.
Hit the streets after that and it was drizzling throughout Karak Highway but we managed to reach Bukit Tinggi safely.
I wonder if the teddy bear smells like strawberry.
Everyone has a dSLR nowadays; so common that even school going teenagers have better camera body than I do. :|
At the courtyard of French themed village.
Like father like son; just look at the eyebrows.
There should be only one image of Joker and it should be the Joker from The Dark Knight.
I was secretly hoping that the boy would accidentally fall into the fountain and my camera would be firing away rapidly to catch that one in a million moment. I am evil, I know.
Took the stairs down to get to the back of the hotel.
At one of the back alleys behind the hotel.
I couldn't decide which one was a better picture. The second one has a slightly better composition among the two but the back wheel wasn't spinning quick enough to create the same effect on the first picture. Do you see the two pairs of opposite elements in the picture that I wanted to capture and bring out?
It was another hike to the botanical garden and Japanese tea house but the hike, which brought me up to 3,500 feet above sea level, totally killed my mood in taking more photos. Moreover, there was simply too many people walking around the narrow paths.

One for the album.
